AV Live - "Broken Room" Album Presentation [Cube.Moscow: KultProekt gallery - The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow]
Broken Rooms Live / KultProekt
This intimate 2019 audiovisual performance at Moscow’s Kultproekt gallery marked the official live presentation of the debut album, Broken Rooms.
The work
Set within a pristine white exhibition space completely flooded with intense red lighting, the performance offered a stark visual contrast.
In detail
While a massive 3D model of a deconstructed cybernetic head slowly rotated on the central screen, the artists generated sound using an Evolution MIDI keyboard and real-time physical manipulation of hand-held objects, bridging the gap between digital generative systems and live action.
